Bowls Victoria announced today via a Special Bulletin that Round 1 of Metropolitan Pennant scheduled for Saturday 2 October 2010 has been postponed until Sunday 17 October 2010.

This will necessitate a “double-header” on Saturday 16 (Round 3) and Sunday 17 October (Round 1). 

• The green will be open for practice throughout the week and weekend (except Mondays). This is a good opportunity to start training ahead of the start of the season and be ready for when we start.

• Selection for our first competitive game to be played on Saturday 9 October will be released on Tuesday 5 October 2010.
  
• The unavailable list is already posted for use in the locker room. Check your upcoming calendars and please advise us asap of your availability for the double header weekend Saturday 16 & Sunday 17 October.
